Bed was comfortable

Lots of noise from room upstairs. Children running around very late at night. Shared kitchen dirty and the same mess was there throughout the 3 days I was there. Dirty plates on the side with left over food dirty pans on the hob. Out of the 3 nights that I arrived , on 2 of them the back door was left unlocked. Front door would not lock and remained open throughout my stay. Could do with maybe the owners checking in on the property every day or 2.

This studio is situated in the centre of a council estate (it is actually a converted council house) and at first I could not find the property. I called the contact number to be told there was an issue with it/damage to it and I could not stay there, but the person offered me another similar studio in Peterborough. I drove to the other property and found a similar run down property in a very dodgy residential area, and I did not feel at all safe. I asked for my money back as both so-called studios were completely unsuitable, in very unpleasant areas and not safe for a single person/woman to stay in.

smelt of smoke, shower was difficult to work out, noisy location, kitchen area had no cutlery, bathroom had razor in cupboard, bathroom extractor very noisy

Hey I’m writing this to request for a full refund and my displeasure with the property, I didn’t even stay in the property because basics things were not met namely the shower was broken I couldn’t shower,the was no hot water at all , the radiators were not working the room was cold, the blankets smelt of cigarettes being a non smoker it was not pleasant in the slightest and also they was a strong smell of marijuana. I also tried to call you guys yesterday but no one responded . I will be escalating this matter to booking.con because I don’t understand how you guys can’t expect someone to live in such conditions.

easy to get in, good parking, nice kitchen.

the room was pretty poor. Broken drawer, bag of potato’s on top of the wardrobe, Creatine container sitting out, a single mouldy orange in the cupboard, pretty dusty. mattress was just broken. TV had no Freeview, or tv channels- just access to Netflix etc, which I had to ask for logins for. tv controls batteries were dead- had to buy new ones.

No hot water and not the cleanest room.
