Convienient location, bed reasonably comfortable

TV did not work, someone been playing with it, and lost wifi settings. No room door key, only access through garden door.

Nothing. We walked in and straight back out!!

Where do we begin? Room 1, located on ground floor. Dirty floors and walls. Toilet moving about on the floor. Mattress cheap and uncomfortable. Mouldy shower. Dangerous panel heater hanging off the wall. Used scouring sponge. Location poor. Filthy garden, rubbish everywhere. Extension lead hanging out of plug socket by bed. Shared kitchen a health hazard! The location of the property is on a council housing estate. Avoid like the plague!!! Awful. Will be making formal complaint.
