The proprety and a strange smell that was exarcebated once you got to the bedroom. The bed sheet weren't clean and they to smell. Outside of the bedroom window there was cans cigarettes and other garbage.

The fact that it was cheep was nice

The cover had stains on then and it just didn't feel clean. I could watch TV as the Netflix wasn't working. The sofa was broken. I tryed to contact the staff and was told there would be someone to help with the TV yet no one helped. Everyone in the other room was noisy until early hours of the morning banging doors and shouting.

There was little to like.

Lack if privacy. Had to contact them for the keybox code. Key didn't fit door - had to access from garden. Toilet not securely fixed to floor. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Room not very clean.

Bathroom was okay, hot water . Fridge okay. Microwave okay, bed ok

Noisy, Smokey, rubbish in garden, hole in bathroom door. Poor ventilation down stairs room. Used sponge for kitchen.

The whole arrival was a trauma, the doors to the property is unlocked, the key safes are in the garden but there are no lights, so if anyone arrives in the evening it is impossible to find the location of the safes and the correct box. When I finally get to the unit I noticed it was not cleaned. I emailed the host, they asked for photos which I sent. They said they were let down by their cleaners and will try to organise someone to come. I kept emailing and asking if anyone was coming but there were no further response. The bins were full of trash, the carpets were not hovered, toilet roll was on the floor, the en-suite smelled like cigarettes and the bed had sheets which were slept on and had hair and breadcrumbs on them. The towels were on the radiator and they were still damp. Overall the property was quite tired - nothing like the pictures, the ensuite door was broken, the mattress was uncomfortable and there was no hot water on the tap. I had to sleep in the bed but I didn't bother showering and risk getting athletes foot. This is one disrespectful host who is ruining the reputation of the whole serviced accommodation industry.
