The parking space is little bit tricky, but it's is amazing to have it in such city as Neos Narmaras. You can hear the noice from the next door apartment.

The studio was very modern, with a wonderful Seaview from the balcony. It is perfectly managed and in 1-2min from the city centre. We will definitely return again in this lovely place.

The studio is very nice, cozy, clean and big enough. We really loved it! The parking is a very smart decision for town like Neos Marmaras. We stayed for 5 nights and did not feel lack of anything. The host is absolutely cool and friendly person and he is ready to help you with everything you need!

The apartment is fully renovated, in a good location and with a great view. The host was extremely attentive, did everything he could to make sure we were assisted upon arrival.

Exellent place and the host Akis is a great man who gona help you about everything what you need. The studio is on the great position just 5 min walk to center with nice sea wiev, clean ang confortable. Host Akis is the professional in wine and olive oil with extra guality and every whos his gest shoul try this home made products. Clear 10 for everything:)

Everything is new, well equiped and perfect. The host is an amazing guy!

We liked everything, from the room facilities to the location and the view,the owner is very friendly and eager to help us everytime we needed something or with some recommendations.

The apartment is very nice, clean, modernly furnishe, located near to the city center. The bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels are changed every two days. The owner Akis is great - very helpful, carry taking host, gave us a bottle of wine of his own production. Private parking is a big advantage.

The host was very friendly and super eager to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Neos Marmaras. Renovated and clean with very good air conditioning and other amenities. Definitely reccommend

Nothing to say here. The room can be considered a bit small for 4 adults (especially if you are 4 men), but you can't complain as it is exactly as depicted in the pictures.

The property was nice and clean, very close to the city center and a balcony with a very nice view. Perfect for a family holiday and relaxation.
