Akis is a very attentive, helpful and caring host. The apartment is meticulously maintained and equipped with every comfort. Located very close to the town center. Highly recommended.

Akis was one of the most helpful and polite people you can meet. The room is comfortable, with a nice bed and a balcony with a sea view. I highly recommend it.

The host is super friendly and attentive. We got to check in a couple of hours before 14:00. He gave us a list of restaurants and beaches to visit, they were all great. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beaches in the city and 15-20 minute car drive from every other beach you would want to visit. The room was spacious and spotless. There is also free parking provided by the host a minute walk from the apartment.

Akis is the host and he can help you find good spots to hang out based on what’s happening in the town when you visit. He is a wine connoisseur. Very accomodating and proactive, reaches out to you before the trip to offer assistance and guidance. Nice guy! Apartments are spaceous, excellent condition, centrally located, has parking, shops and restaurants are within 200m. Put this place at the top of your list for Neos Marmaras trip.

Everything was just perfect! The host was amazing! The room was so beautiful and clean, just like in pictures. The parking is really close. For sure will return.
