Mode Apartments St Annes

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, in a quiet area near the beach. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the high ceilings

The shower was a little difficult to master but once we did it was good

Good location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Liked the key pad for entry

Got it for 2 days the fridge wasn’t working so we rang up at 10am the next day keeping in mind I had a 2 year old with me so they said they will send someone down so we went out and came back at 6.30pm and the Fridge still wasn’t working so we called back and they told us we can get a refund because we had to go back to our house due to the fact that the fridge wasn’t working and my child’s food was going off so we emailed them and after 1 week they go to us we can’t get a refund absolutely utterly ashamed this place is a joke they offered us another room just to use the fridge but that was after 1 hour of talking to them at 6.30 and we were already half way back home. AVOID THIS PLACE we stayed for 1 night and paid for 2 utterly dis appointed it ruined our get away

All excellent. Small issue with the batteries running out so we couldn't use the door code into the apartment but all sorted very promptly.

We would have preferred a dishwasher to a washing machine/dryer? Surely most people take enough clean clothes for their stay even for a week but need to wash pots and cutlery etc every day?

Little private garden

Blind in the kitchen needed also curtains in the main living room/bedroom as on the ground floor I could see through the blinds when shut from the outside side . . Could do with an iron and ironing board .

It was really keen and comfortable, very accessible to the Lytham Festival. Parking was so easy too, plenty of space available on the road.

Could have done with a few more teabags!!
