Clean, quiet

Was ignored entirely when sent requests quickly after booking because it didn’t favour them. Was quoted 3 different prices for late checkout. Was told the cheapest price after I’d already paid more. The flat unfortunately had a very musty smell. There wasnt extras in terms of toiletry minis etc not huge but does make a difference on the whole. No tv in bedroom and sofa very small. Tv in lounge is quite old. Fridge made an incredibly loud noise which made it impossible to relax watching tv.
