Clean, good location, nicely decorated! Loved it!

Convenient location, 10 minute walk to town, 5 mins to the beach. Quiet for the most part. Outside space.

Some noise from upstairs rooms. Not very clean generally. Dust, cobwebs, sides/splashback in kitchen, shower tray cracked, table kept turning urned while trying to eat, chairs next to sofa worn, lack of utensils in kitchen. Hard frame at side of bed. Brutal if you have to kneel to get in bed. Outside, rusting table, but chairs were OK. Picture on wall in main room....got to wonder why that, bit off-putting. Personal thing that though. Must be making enough to replace items, fix and properly clean.

Prestine, clean, high quality standard.

Bed was small for the style of property - high end, expect a king size at least. Toilet was noisy for a while after flushing, but that was sorted by closing door. Would be good for a shelf in the shower for soaps. Front door of no.2 needed to be slammed from the outside to properly shut. Nothing to do with property but heavy smell of marijuana on the Sunday morning.

Clean modern well equipped apartment within walking distance of all St Annes has to offer.

The sleeping area was a little cramped and the bed was too firm for us

Shower unit leaked at several joints and a guidance to settings would have been helpful . The microwave also needed information on its use and settings . A couple of the lights did not work

All clean and staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely continental but loads to choose from ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay,will book again its our 3rd visit Views from window had sea view and there's a toby carvery right across the road lovely beach too

Car park is way too difficult to park its asking a little too much to park end on ,all struggled we watched from balcony ,one or two mishaps ,can I suggest angular parking easy in and easy out ,just a suggestion otherwise no complaints
