Well where do I start, We got there no toilet paper and 2 bath towels. I asked for for toilet paper after and more towels since I paid for six people, did not receive till next morning and just 1 toilet paper roll for 6 people! I also asked about jacuzzi, out of service, and hot water for my toddler, said he was out of gas. I also asked about the terrace and how to use hot plate no response till next day and still no solution or instructions. My son and I tried to go get a nice view for the Terrace almost got bite by the dog and after catching him next door he said terrace was closed! The dog was vicious also when get back from a tour the dog tried biting my husband! Another time he was at our dog and would let us out we had to wait him out. We had to be very cautious he was not around to go in or out. The owner or manager no where to b found and we emailed and we to his apt and nothing. We heard from neighbors he was cheap and didn’t want to turn on water heater, while my toddler screamed and cried the water was cold and didn’t want to shower, she was terrified, my husband had enough and waited for someone and a lady gave him more toilet paper and turned on water heater on the last 2 days! Never again!!!

Easy to get on the hiking trail,, relaxed atmosphere..

Close to everything close to the water taxis, stores, etc...upon entering the town head down to dead end then make a left to dead end (parking lot) and you will see the pink and yellow hotel on right side, cross an easy to cross bridge....We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to hear the birds sing in the morning and to enjoy the jungle feeling. THANK YOU

The hotel is across a small river close to hiking trails and small grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Our room was large, with a king bed, room to unpack, nice hot shower, kitchen setup, and rooftop space for relaxation. One of the reasons we stayed here was the proximity to the mountain trail to the many beautiful beaches along the coastline, specifically Las Animas Beach. We also discovered a wonderful family restaurant called Stephanie's just steps from the hotel and ate there the two nights we were in Boca de Tomatlan.

It was a great place to visit with so much to do as a family. We explored beautiful beaches around the coastal walkway, took the bus or taxis to the botanic gardens, the tequila tour and the wildlife sanctuary and spent time exploring the town and local beach. The place had everything you needed to make meals with fresh ingredients from the local store and there were several great options for eating out. The balcony and rooftop patios both had great views. Highly recommend!
