Very friendly staff who greet you on arrival. They offered us fresh picked bananas and showed us where to pick more. Super clean rooms. 5-gallon water bubbler in the kitchen so there was plenty of potable water. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with fully-kitchen for 5 adults. Plenty of space. Excellent air conditioning in kitchen area that was sufficient for bedrooms also. Short walk to downtown area. A great value.

It takes awhile for the hot water to heat up, ,but we found that to be the case throughout Ecuador and Galapagos. Plenty of hot water for 5 showers once the water heated up.

Lovely spacious apartment. Really nice hosts who were very helpful booking tours & taxis. Well equipped kitchen, nice comfy bed & a good clean shower & bathroom. Easy walk into the main part of the town 5-10 minutes & 15 minutes walk to/from the ferry port & the amazing Concha de Perla. The hosts kindly provided local bananas to enjoy. Another bonus is a really excellent brewery almost next door. Had a great time here.

There was a bit of building noise, that the hosts cannot help, but it didn't start early or go on late.

Staff were friendly and cleaned the room every couple of days, even brought us bananas one morning. Pretty good location. The room was comfy. Kitchen well equipped with appliances and fresh water

There wasn't really a hanging out area in the room, so it was either sit on a hard kitchen chair, or the bed, no in between...which made it hard to get work done. Wifi in the Galapagos is terrible however so we couldn't get much done anyways haha. The A/C was at 18celcius but didn't really feel like it was doing too much even when it was at its top cooling capabilities. There is hot water, but it's more like a step up from warm water. We are sensitive to light and all the lights are next level bright and hurt our eyes, we used candles often.

Staff were exceptional!! The apartment we stayed in was quite big and well stocked even with an electric grill.

I wish it was a bit closer to the beach. Isabela island is safe so walking home at night in the dark was ok but I would have been nervous to do it alone.

A very nice place to stay in Isabela island. walking distance from all the shops and tour agencies. the family apartment we hire ( 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen-equipped with all the facilities and a small dinning area)was just perfect for us( 2+1)
