The cafe and pool were right at our door steps. Extremely convenient. The terrace was of good size and overlooked the garden.

The shower door was lose and had to hold it. The bath sink tap was a bit hard to open and close.

the resort's aesthetic was visually pleasing.

facilities weren't the best and room could have been cleaner. There was a minor cockroach infestation. Also the pool is insanely cold.

Honestly it was really great, friendly hosts and very easy to contact, they’re quite literally a phone call away. One of the best stays in sharm. I would most definitely come back to this place.

Everything was great!

Most things were fine.Good stove, air con worked well. Supermarket on complex if needed. Good staff.

Could do with more crockery/ cutlery. Only one cup? Said pool view but it was no where near pool. Not a problem in the end as it didn't bother us.

Delta Sharm is beautiful with all those flowers and palm trees. It is quiet.

I have been to Delta Sharm a couple of times before. I choose this compound because of the central location. This time I have chosen Hermes hospitality because of the good reviews and the name hospitality. It seemed to me that it is an appartment with hotel service. That is what I need! But what a bummer! I haven't experienced any type of hospitality or service AT ALL. Before arriving I have sent our time of arrival by booking.com and WhatsApp. But no reaction. The reception was not friendly at all. I am a single mum with a 4 year old but didn't get any help with my luggage. I have booked a room with a double bed and one single bed, we got three single beds instead. The sliding doors can not be locked, you can open it from the outside, it is at the ground floor. After telling this they putted a plug in. The spots above the mirror in the bathroom are not working. I need that for my contactlenses. After I have told that, nothing is replaced. I have chosen this place because it has a kitchen, but the equipment is really minimal: two plates, two forks, two spoons, two cups. No knife to peel fruits or a cutting board. I am glad I took my own pan (I live in Egypt). The fridge and airconditioning make a lot of noise during the night. Ibrahim is at the area everyday but he barely greet us. When I have sent him a message that the safe was not working and some questions, he didn't answer. I have told Sabine, who was working in the cafe how I felt but she seemed too occupied by her own problems. You can only use the pool in front of the room. Delta Sharm works with a card system, but we didn't get a card, nor beach towel. The pool is too cold (December) to swim. There is no pool for kids and my 4 year old son was not allowed to swim or play in the pool, even when I am sitting at the pool, while there is a pool boy. We stayed 5 days and it is not cleaned one single time.
