My husband and I absolutely adored this place. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

I didn't like the rude customers who were being disrespectful to the staff.

Located in Delta Sharm, it is a cozy neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets in 5-10 min walk. It's not in the city center, but there are minibuses for 5 EGP so it's not a big problem. Room was comfortable. The bed was perfect

No cleaning for 3 days in a row, but then it was every day. Mosquitos. Personnel is available only from 8 to 16. Broken regulator of a shower

There was a lady in the kitchen staff, who offered us a local tour guide. DO NOT MEET him! He offered tours double prices and every time found it there is some hidden extra charge…And it is very hurtful, because when You stay somewhere and ask some help, the minimum is you would like a real help not false..

Beautiful grounds, close to shops and restaurants. Nice pool, quiet area.

A kettle in the room would have been useful for making coffee or tea.

Host is being super nice and help us to arrange many local trips later on.

If the air con can be quieter than even better.

No any soap and shampoo

Everything was nice They organised airport transfer, clean rooms with strong wifi , i recommended this this place alot

Loved the setting,beautiful vegetation,lovely bungalows even though a bit old school in the decoration,I really liked it. The staff was exceptional,Sabine and Ishmael were fantastic, they gave me good recommendation,very helpful and quick to reply,always a nice chat and super friendly. Many thanks to you both!

The shower was a bit shabby,the door was broken and even though it was clean in the room the shower area had a bit of grime at the bottom but it was ok in the end,I got used to it and I liked the room enough to over see that aspect.

The German lady at reception was very nice. The AC worked well and the rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds.

As soon as we arrived we were pressured by a man at reception to join a Ras Mohammad tour for the following day. We asked if we could have some time to think but he said he needed to know ASAP to confirm numbers. We said yes (we thought the price he quoted was a little high, but we trusted him because he was at the hotel). We went to our room and got multiple quotes for other tours which were almost half the price. We rang and asked to cancel the tour and after a long back and forth he agreed he had ripped us off by 500 EGP and drove back to the hotel and gave us the additional amount he took from us. Very disappointing that the hotel allows this man to do this to unassuming travellers. Even though the room has a kitchen, it isn't well-equipped at all. We had one fork, one knife, two filthy plates and nothing to do our dishes with. We messaged the owner about this in the evening and he said he would bring us a replacement right away (we didn't hear anything else but they provided us with cleaning products the next day). You can only use one of the pools. In order to use other pools you must get a pool card - we asked about this and were told it was pretty much impossible because it is issued by the Delta Sharm Resort and would take too long. Finally, there was absolutely no wifi in our room. We asked reception why and they told us we were sharing our wifi connection with the neighbouring room (that was 12 metres across the path). Very, very frustrating.
