Ocean Reef 2 bedroom/2 bath!

The location and staff!!

The furniture was very worn.All decor, curtains, etc. all dated. There was lots of mold in dishwasher and main vent to living room. I cleaned the AC return itself and bought new filters bc the one in there was so heavily corroded.My mom and daughter both had to get meds called in. It may have been the mold and dust, Idk. Smelly sinks. Whole condo could have been cleaned better. The faucet in Bathrm sprayed on counter when turned on. The toilet in other Bathrm was loose. Of 3 tvs only 1 worked. The one in bedrm coming apart in the back. There was more but will stop there. I don’t like to give negative reviews but considering what you pay to stay there, I would not recommend that unit. The positive: The owner responded promptly to my texts.

I always enjoy condos that are directly on the beachfront. We have two small children and so trying to cross busy streets is difficult. Also was glad to have the washer and drier inside the unit. Makes it much easier, especially with kids and how they can mess up their clothes, if you have an emergency and need to wash something. Or if you just want to do some of your laundry before going home so as not to have all of it to do when you get home.

The furniture seemed a little dated and the color scheme for all of the decor and pillows and linens seemed an odd choice for a beach front condo. Very dark and drab colors. Would be much nicer with some brighter blues and pastels that you are accustomed to seeing in beach front rentals.

Location was great. Beach was so easy to access. SPECIAL NOTE: Even with the problems listed below, I would try them again They tried their best and offered and gave a partial refund.

Wasn’t cleaned or set up for guest. We didn’t check in on the 7th has there was a problem with the toilets (was notified timely about that) so we were sent to Edgewater only to check in there and find that the air didn’t work. Reported that and they were to come on 8th to fix. They did not come. So was told to move to our original location. We did that, arrived and it had not been cleaned, had to wash sheets and make our own beds. wonderful

It was very family friendly. Very well equipped. Location was great. The host was very good at responding in a timely manner

The parking spot was a tight squeeze but we did have a large truck. If it was peak season it would have been a nightmare getting in and out. The beds in the second room were very uncomfortable. They are doing construction on the building next-door currently when the doors are shut, you can’t hear it but we did like to be out on the balcony.
