Ocean Reef 2 bedroom/2 bath!

Location

Most of the staff were rude and had to BUY a second parking pass.

The view and location

They had no luggage carts and had to pack mule luggage and three children into the room. Had to make several trips to get all our things. Will not stay again .

The view

King bed was broke, it was dirty, no toilet paper, or paper towels. Had to clean unit myself when I arrived..no cart to carry our luggage to the room. No help from staff. I want my cleaning deposit refunded and part of my room price as well.

Loved the location, huge balcony with tons of seating, very clean, employees were nice and helpful. Pool was great. Provided sand toys, Family friendly, some glass tables but no big breakable sculptures or anything.

Bed sagged at the end which made it really uncomfortable lol but manageable for 3-4 days. Elevator was broken for one day, thank god we were only on the 6th floor. Had some issues getting in upon arrival bc the door code was wrong but was resolved within an hour. The owners/management was very helpful with getting the code reset even though I woke them up at 3:30am.

The ocean view was spectacular!!

Getting to and from room, the two out of three elevators that worked we're always full of people. Long waits for a ride up or down.

Location was great!

It was overpriced for what it is parking was awful!

beautiful condo! enough room for at least 6! great location!!

nothing to get luggage up to rooms with..suggest bring a beach wagon to carry ur stuff up to room…beautiful beach! beautiful view!
