The apartment was well-equipped, though kitchen could do with an update, comfortable, though the toilet is upstairs off the bed room, so a little way away from the lounge. There was good internet and smart TV with all streaming services. The sky light in the bathroom was nice, have lots of light to the very spacious bathroom. Also liked the secure off-road parking.

Check-in for apartments is a little awkward if you come with a car. You can't stop outside the hotel, so you have to park down the road and then go and check-in and get the keys and then get the car to the secure parking by the apartments. It felt like the apartment needed a bit of love and attention. It all lacked a little finesse, fx radiator caps were missing so screw holes and fittings were exposed, silicon was missing along the floor and along other edges in the bathroom, the blades of the blind in tbe bedroom couldn't be turned, so only artificial light in there. Also the blind did let in a little light from the outside at night. Black out curtains would have been better. The entrance door had glass panels in it and the lounge was just beyond, so you felt a little exposed. Also curtains would have been better than blinds in the living room for privacy, because the apartments are on a very busy main road.

This is easily the best place to stay in Weston. Beautiful apartment with comfortable reclining sofas (I don't think all of their units have these but I may be mistaken), view of the pier and sea, friendly and good food at the restaurant at the attached hotel. The kids love everything about it too. Short walk to everywhere in town from the pier to the shops to the beach.

Honestly never any complaints when we stay here. The kids really love it as a home away from home and having our own space to work and rest when the kids are in bed is a huge win compared to a normal hotel room. Value for money here is just great.

There good be more equipment for self-caterers (e.g. larger pot for cooking noodles or basic supplies like salt, sugar, washing liquid)

The layout was cosy and the beds were comfortable

The walls are very thin and I could hear the people upstairs . The parking lot, I was told to park in my allotted parking space properly but when I went out and came back . There were far more vehicles in the car park than spaces and once the cars moved the other cars were not parked properly in the spaces so I had to wait for the drive to park properly in the space so I could get into my allotted space.

Great apartment, a real home from home, had everything we wanted, all in full working order. Felt very safe and secure, Perfect location, restaurants and pubs all walking distance. Town Centre a short walk, Pier an even shorter walk. Ideal for couples and families. Everything was on your doorstep. Will be going back, didn't want to leave.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, spacious apartment, onsite parking.

No shower, or holder for shower head attached to taps of free standing bath, no shower curtain. Old electrics, very dim lights, few not working. Generally in need of modernisation.
