Location was excellent, we stayed in the 1 bed apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location was superb and it was great to have carparking facilities. The man who welcomed us was very nice and the member of the cleaning team we met was also very polite and pleasant.

Some blinds were broken. 2 light bulbs not working. Met a manager at the end of our stay and she was quite brusque and bordering on rude. She let the team down.

Clean and comfortable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who are situated in nearby Smiths Hotel. We reported a couple of things on arrival (missing bulb from a lamp and unable to open blinds) Both had been dealt with when we returned to the apartment, after stopping in the hotel for a coffee. Although we had all cooking facilities in the apartment, we paid £8.50 for a cooked breakfast in the hotel the next day. We stayed in the Marlborough apartment with allocated parking right outside. We were close to the pier and a short walk from Weston Playhouse where we had booked to see a show. We have already booked to return next year.

The only negative for us was being woken early in the morning by children running around in the apartment above us. This was obviously outside of the owners control.

Location, secure car park, value for money

lovely clean apartments. simple check in and we could check in early which is always a bonus.

If i had to pick anything then late check out would be good but was still a fantastic stay

I stay here regularly never had a problem but this time 3 of us woke up very itchy rash all over us then a broken plug on a lamp electricuvuted me witch sparked I unplugged the lamp and left it on the table to stop someone else being hurt by this when I then contacted the property to tell them about the situation they basically told me I was lieing without directly saying I was a liar but rude and abruptly told there was no broken plug socket on the lamp and called me disrespectful I wasn't looking for a refund at first just wanted to let them no the problems we had during are stay due to not even being considerate and called disrespectful for bringing the situation up I asked for a refund and I have been ignored I am very upset by this because I liked this stay I have proof of the plug in the property and date and time and still being told there was no broken plug socket my daughter had awful reaction to something leading to skin itching and become very sore all 3 of us had the same reaction from something and not even a apology my mental health worker will be taking this further and sad I won't be spending expensive money to stay there again the staff are very inconsiderate

When I arrived to check in I was told I hadn't paid. I know I had and the money had as the payment had been taken out my bank.
