Francesca's location is a dream, typical Tuscan, everything very clean, the kitchen equipped with everything, the staff extremely kind and the pool is more than you want. everything was superlative. we will definitely come back

"A restful break in a peaceful location"

Nice property & well equipped. Peaceful location with nice views. Lovely swimming pool. Nice grounds with various seating areas. Francy was very helpful at all times!

The only negatives were the long drive uphill on a bumpy road to get to the property & the fact that the few restaurants that are in the vicinity happened to be closed when we wanted to visit! (Monday evening & Wednesday lunchtime!).

Clean and tidy rooms, friendly hosts. There's everything you need in the kitchen. Parking in the shadows. The unpaved road to the yard Could be better But when you arrive, complete peace and quiet awaits you. The pool's is clean. Note: There's no WiFi and AC in houses that are separeted, which isn't so bad for the complete experience. Pool WiFi is good. The surrounding villages are charming. Recommendation!
