Výborná lokalita, skvělá restaurace Lokál, příjemný personál

za pět dní nikdo nevynesl odpadky,neuklidil, nevyměnil ručník, nedoplnil toaletní potřeby

Výborné ubytovanie,pomer cena/výkon. Výborný wellnes a útulná piváreň s remeselnými pivkami. Ochotný a milý personál. Lokalita tiež fajn.

Na izbách chýbal fén na vlasy a ventilátor v kúpeľni,trošku stiesnené priestory.

Miła obsługa, cudowne spa. Kanały sportowe bardzo mnie cieszyły, szczególnie podczas Australia Open. Pomocna pani sprzątająca, na którą zawsze można było liczyć.

Brak czynnej recepcji 24g/h. Brak kuchenki w pokoju. Popsute lub brak żaluzji w niektórych oknach.

We stayed here with family members and had rooms next to each other, both with a balcony. What a privilege. The rooms were spacious and clean. Did I mention the balcony? Such a treat with a view to the mountains. We wanted to try the beer spa but were too late to book and all was booked up so make sure to call them well in advance to make a booking. The restaurant/bar/breakfast area (Lokal restaurant) was a joy! The people working there are true gems to be cherished. So warm and pleasant atmosphere straight away. The meals for lunch/dinner are proper size and true Slovakian/Tatra tasty. Breakfast was made by the same lovely gentleman and was really delicious. It doesn't look much what is offered on the buffet style table, but they also have a cooked breakfast separately to make sure you get fresh and hot meal. And the bread, sooo good! Yummy, they really spoiled us. Would highly recommend! Oh, and if you coming to enjoy the ski, the slopes are literally 5-10min walk up.
