Pomer cena/kvalita v prípade ubytovania, poloha v rámci Tatranskej Lomnice, kvalitná reštaurácia v rámci objektu na celodenné stravovanie

Napriek štandardnej a dostatočnej rozlohe apartmánu, členenie na 2 malé izby a veľmi úzku predsieň, v ktorej bola minikuchynka, apartmán pôsobil stiesneným dojmom, v ktorom sme občas ako rodina mali priestorový problém sa naraz pohybovať a to sme boli 2 dospelé osoby a dieťa, pri väčšej rodine by to mohol byť ešte väčší problém. Za negatívum považujem aj to, že sa v apartmánoch nepratá, ale najmä, že sa nevymieňajú uteráky a nedopĺňajú hygienické potreby (toaletný papier, mydlo), taktiež sme nemali po celú dobu pobytu vynesený kôš čo pri dlhšom pobyte môže byť pre rodinu znížení komfort. Je pravdou, že počas checkinu bol uvedený oznam, že po tretej noci pobytu je možné osobitne požiadať o upratovanie, avšak uvedené nepovažujem za dostatočné. Výmena uterákov, vynášanie odpadkov z izby a dopĺňanie hygienických potrieb by malo byť realizované každodenne a bez toho, aby o to ubytovaný musel požiadať.
