"Staying at Dolphin House and working with Cristian really enhanced our experience in San Cristobal!"

Best thing about the property is working with Cristian—he gave us 5+ star service both before and during our stay. We highly recommend a stay here and to take all Cristian’s advice—from scoring us great deals on tours to what to do and where to eat on the island, he curated an amazing 3 days for us—and he is also the nicest person! He even gave us a ride to the airport at the end of our stay! We loved the location (off of the busy and loud malecon but just a short 3 min walk away), the fantastic harbor view from the hammocks, and the resident dog Milo.

I had an incredible stay at dolphin house. The hotel is very well located, comfortable, clean and with gorgeous views. The hosts went above and beyond to help me with any questions or planning, tours etc. I felt like part of the family. The price is unbeatable. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

The water pressure in shower could be improved, but that seems to be a thing with most places on the islands.

Unfortunately, the invoice could not be issued for the full amount that was paid in cash, but only for a lower amount. This was disappointing and difficult to understand. In addition, the entrance and reception area felt more like the landlords’ private home than a professional reception area. This is something potential guests should be aware of before booking, as it creates a different impression than expected.

"A lovely place to stay on San Cristóbal"

Excellent hosts! What a lovely family who runs this place. I enjoyed my stay here so much, I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious. Towels were provided, AC and Wifi are available. The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place if you visit San Cristóbal.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo. El dueño fue muy amable y nos explicó todo, nos recomendó un taxi para ir a la parte alta de la isla e incluso nos llevó al aeropuerto.

El wifi no llegaba a la pieza y el aire acondicionado andaba muy mal.
