Dolphin House

Dakterras is mooi, met mooi uitzicht. Bijbehorende keuken helaas niet beschikbaar voor gasten. Buitenkant ziet er goed uit. Gratis drinkwater. Airco was goed. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Laatste ochtend toch nog contact met eigenaar, hij bracht ons kostenloos naar de luchthaven.

Ontvangst door dochter die er duidelijk geen zin in had om gasten te ontvangen. Nauwelijks aandacht van de eigenaar gehad terwijl we er 3 nachten waren. Douche had 2 standen. Warm, bijna heet of koud (beste). Plastic matrasbeschermer. Geen thee/koffie. Wel warm water in machine maar geen bekers, dus zelf kopje thee maken is dan niet mogelijk. Geen droogrekje voor natte kleding. Wifi matig. Zeer traag of geen internet. We kunnen de positieve reviews niet plaatsen.

La limpieza y que tenia aire acondicionado.

No me gustó ell trato del personal a excepción de quién nos fue a buscar. Pero el resto mal, no otorgan una "buena atención al cliente" es como que todo les molestaba y de mala gana y con caras de desagrado te respondían; tampoco tenían casi conexión a Internet incluso en los tour tenían mejor señal o en los restaurantes. No volvería al lugar.

Very nice hosts! Also the view from the terrace is amazing :)

The showers had zero water pressure and we weren’t able to lock the door from the inside. Also, the windows would let almost every sound through. Still good value for money though!

A nice and clean room on the top floor with beautiful views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with short walks to the harbor, beaches, shops and restaurants. We do recommend this place for your stay in San Cristobal.

The shower needs a renovation in our opinion. Then everything would be perfect.
