Pension Schweizer Hof

Interessant lidt gammeldags overnatningssted. Udmærket værelse med stor terrasse. Godt at der kunne købes kolde drikkevarer direkte fra køleskabet og kaffe fra automaten. God morgenmad. Transport billetter fås på overnatningsstedet til alle transportmidler undtagen til toget til Brocken.

Lokaltoget fra Goslar kørte ikke. Erstatnings busser var muligt. Vi kørte ikke op til Brocken pga prisen på 57 eur per styk. Vi har tidligere været der oppe og der var andre ting vi hellere ville bruge vores penge på!

Very nice rustic building, located in a historical beautiful town in Harz area.

There is nothing not to like about it.

The pension had everything I needed to be comfortable. The breakfast were delicious. There is a tiny space in the entrance hall with the coffee machine and a kettle to heat water. They have internet, but in some rooms the signal is poor. The place is near the city center (It is a 10 min walk) in a safe neighborhood.

Room was larger then expected, friendly staff, great breakfast, small buffet in the lobby for coffee/tea and other drinks

The showerhead was not adjustable and a bit old

The location was wonderful, many beautiful plants around the house, a paradise for plant lovers. The staff was very friendly. I had everything I needed.

As I have a knee and a back problem, the stairs were a bit challenging, and the mattress was ok.

The position is very good; close to city center and HSB station. The service is good, and the breakfast is very great with this room price. I'll choose this hotel again if I go to the place again.

Just small thing: TV has no English channel; and the mattress is too soft, but it's my personal preference

I had a delightful one-night stay at Pension Schweizer Hof in Wernigerode with my wife. The hotel’s fantastic location provided easy access to the charming town and its historic sites. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast that added a delightful touch to our stay. Highly recommended for a memorable visit!
