Guy at reception sound out, he will sort tours/ tickets without pushing them. restaurant 1 minute around the corner excellent. 10 mins to boat pier and concha de perla for snorkelling. Excellent value

We booked this room for a very good price and were supprised that it was at least as good as other accommodations that we payed much more for.

Overall our stay wasn't good and we would not recommend. The cleaning lady (not the person who checked us in) offered us fresh towels each day and fresh sheets after a few days of staying which was nice. We were expecting a warm welcome and a clean accommodation based on the reviews on booking but this was far from the case. The ownership seems to have changed and the standards are very low.

The bathroom was visibly dirty when we checked in. The toilet, sink and shower clearly hadn't been cleaned since the last guest and it seemed like longer. We brought this to the attention of the lady who checked us in. She told us she had already arranged for someone to come and they would clean our bathroom. She came herself a few minutes later and 'cleaned' it spending 30 seconds in the bathroom. She quickly cleaned the toilet and didn't bother with anything else. The showers, sink and floor were dirty. It was a very unpleasant stay. The water was cold anytime we showered. There were ants in the room. Don't stay here!
