Keine Information vorab, dass die Schlüssel im anderen Hotel geholt werden müssen. Dort eine chaotische Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseln, die entweder nicht in die Eingangstür passten, oder gar nicht erst vorhanden waren. Auf Anfrage nach dem fehlenden und dem nicht passenden Schlüssel, bekamen wir die Auskunft, dass er keine mehr hätte. Ohne unsere Freunde, deren Schlüssel passte, wären wir also gar nicht ins Hotel reingekommen. Unfassbar! Auch die Bitte um Tischreservierung für das Frühstück am kommenden Tag wurde abgetan; wir waren 10 Personen! Und natürlich gab es am nächsten Tag keinen Platz an einem Tisch, schade! Frühstück nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, schlechte Organisation, wenig Auswahl, man muss sich in Geduld üben, aber das Personal war bemüht. Fazit: Wir kennen es von Vorjahren, als man noch herzlich begrüßt wurde und ein großartiges Frühstück im gleichen Haus bekommen hat und waren daher sehr enttäuscht. Total unpersönlich und für uns nicht mehr relevant.

We were booked into Hotel Post, but it was all in darkness when we arrived, we had been before some years ago and this is why we booked here. There was a notice telling guests to go to Hotel Rheinstein for the keys, it was difficult to find at first but once we had the keys and walked back to the Hotel Post we discovered a dirty room with crumpled bed linen, again we walked back and asked what they would do about all this, bearing in mind my husband is disabled and has not long had a spine operation and I had made it clear we can't do stairs or much walking. We were given a room in the Rhinestein hotel, on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd floor, 3 sets of stairs to walk! There was no car parking facilities near so I had to leave the car 3 blocks away at the back of the Post Hotel. Had we stayed in the Post we would have had to walk all the way to the Rheinstein for our breakfast each morning. None of this was ideal in any way, and the upset really spoiled our Christmas break away. To top it all when we left after our 2 night stay our car was blocked in although we'd been assured that the man who had parked there would only be there for a couple of hours the previous night when I walked back, once again, to tell the people in the hotel they quickly located him and told him to move, back at the car he was waiting for us and started verbally abusing us!! This was obviously not the fault of the hotel owners, but it was certainly not nice.

Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber kalt. Der Fernseher hatte bei uns allen kein Signal. Es war kein Personal zum absprechen der Probleme verfügbar. Unseren Beschwerde bei der Abreise wurde Gleichgültig notiert. Eine Rechung sollte uns per e-mail zugesendet werden. Haben aber keine erhalten. Wir werden diese Pension nicht nochmal buchen oder weiter empfehlen.

Lage

Man hat uns nicht mitgeteilt das man in dem Haus nicht einchecken kann, dieses war nur in einem anderen Hotel möglich! Auch zum Frühstück musste man in das andere Hotel! Die Heizung war defekt das Zimmer war sehr kalt! Im Frühstücksraum war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch der aus der Toilette kam!

Die Lage war sehr gut

Wir waren mit 4Frauen in Rüdesheim um den Weihnachtsmarkt zu besuchen.Ich hatte mehrmals mit dem Hotel wegen einer Parkplatzreservierung gesprochen...Spätestens dann hätte man mich informieren müssen das man den Schlüssel für die Pension 200m weiter in einem anderen Hotel abholen muss u auch dort das Frühstück ist.Die Pension war geschlossen.Es war sehr kalt an dem Tag und die Heizung im Zimmer war aus u funktionierte auch nicht.Auch die Heizung im Bad war kaputt....der Wasserstrahl war zu schwach um zu duschen. Ich buche normal sehr gern bei Booking com u bin immer zufrieden aber dieses mal hat gar nichts gepasst.

Heizung im Bad ging nicht

We had to check in at another hotel down the street, but the reception desk at other location was at the back of a restaurant and it was not easy to find from the street exactly where to go.

Das EZ war zwar klein, aber alles hat gepasst. Toller Rheinblick mit kleinem Balkon, Heizung hat funktioniert, ein piepsender Rauchmelder wurde direkt nach dem Bescheidsagen repariert. Das Frühstück war von 8-12 Uhr möglich. das ist außergewöhnlich und verdient besondere Erwähnung. Serviert wurde es ein paar Häuser weiter im Hotel Rheinsteig, wo ein schöner Kaminofen brannte. Die Brötchen gehen zwar besser, aber ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht. Auch meine Anfrage für Late Check-out wurde positiv beantwortet.
