Кондиционер. Холодильник. Настоящий хозяин и хозяйка, утром сами со швабрами - зачёт! Кстати, было тихо. Не соглашусь с предыдущими отзывами о шуме. Любимый Прадо просто за углом. Тонна забегаловок в 2х шагах выпить/закусить усталому небедному туристу.

Очень маленькая комнатка. Душик тоже особо не развернешься. Но привык! ))
