Booking.com cancelled our reservation at another hotel as they failed to use the correct credit card. We had to scramble at the last minute for accommodation. Very stressful

Ideal hotel for the price-quality ratio. Located right in the center of Madrid. Everything is close by. All the squares and museums are within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Daily room cleaning and towel changes. Shower kits in the bathroom. Cleanliness. Safety.

The elevator goes up quite long but it’s not a hotel’s mistake I would like to have more power outlets in the room

The hostal was located in the heart of city centre. Most of the city was reachable by food or even by metro . The metro station was 2 minutes away by foot. The room was absolutely clean !

The room was just as was described . There is nothing that disappointed us .

The hospitality - I felt like the ladies running Pan America (owners) were family. Warm engaging and always there to help, guide, explain. Room cleaned, sheets changed daily and towels replenished an extra service I didn’t expect however appreciated. Central location in the heart of everything- great balcony We didn’t get to say goodbye (as we left early) so thank you for everything ladies we absolutely loved every minute.

"Great location and best staff."

Location was great, near of the main things and the metro. Water temperature and presion are good, Internet work well. The staff the super nice, they help us with recomentadion and things to do, also be able to leave the baggages.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. She was very helpful and made us feel home. The rooms were cleaned everyday, we enjoyed. If I come back to Madrid, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect!! We had an early flight in the morning and the owner walked with us to the taxi. Thank you for that 😃
