Great breakfast ! Big room.

Breakfast is very early (between 7.30 and 8.30). For a sunday it was a bit too early for me.

Very comfortable. Good breakfast. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Good location. Easy walk into town to access pubs and restaurants. Nice local walks from the house including Kinnoull Hill

No milk the first night for a cuppa. It was too late, before we realised, to ask.

Great location. Very welcoming hosts, great value, clean, spacious quiet bedroom with comfy bed. Loved the fresh milk provision. Breakfast was great - best scrambled eggs I’ve had for ages
