IEGBI had a pleasant stay at Diamond Lodge. The staff were polite, welcoming, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick with no waiting, and my room — including the bathroom — was clean and comfortable. Extra heaters and blankets were also provided in case I needed them. I needed to warm up some food during my stay, and the staff were kind enough to heat it for me in their microwave, which I really appreciated The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop and the hospital just a short walking distance away. Overall, cleanliness and excellent customer service made my stay at Diamond Lodge a positive experience.
