Internet was poor Upon entering our room the radiator was leaking, we was told someone was coming that same day to fix it and they never showed up until the day after in which we was getting ready to go out and told them to return at 12pm in which they returned at 11:30pm? They offered no compensation considering the price of the room... The bathroom stank of eggs which can mean a gas leak. The shower had extremely poor pressure and temperature control. You are not allowed to eat or drink inside the room according the rules wrote in the book in the room. My partner had left a make-up bag behind when we both left at 4am in which we emailed around 5am. its been 2 weeks and they have not responded. Its the worst ive ever stayed in and im no snob. However, I know it can be even worse which is why I rated it 2 rather than 1. Also, the staff do not sign you out of the smart tv in the room so make sure you do it yourself.

Was supposed to be 4star for £135 /nightit smelt like a curry house,The plaque on the wall outside 4star English homes,this awarding body doesn’t even exist!couldn’t get my money back,drove all the way home in disgust.should be better advertised as a hostel or Beddit not 4star ,maybe 1star absolute rip off,I have officially complained to booking.com and are awaiting a response
