The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. There was a good supply of beverages in the rooms and the reception area housed a freezer/fridge and microwaves cutlery and crockery and a dining space. The self service check in worked well.

There were a lot of thistles growing around the entrance door and some outdoor furniture which was passed it's best

No breakfast. But farm up the road did a great breakfast?

Booked on the same day with no problems. Oz greeted us and showed us our room, very friendly. Nearest chippy two miles away in Swineshead Bridge offers more than just fish and chips.

all instruction were spot on and the hosts were friendly.

It was hotand the room was stifling, we had a fan but was no good, the room seemed to contain the heat day and night, eve with the windows open.

Price

Not very clean. The place needed some TLC, the outside and communal areas needed some attention.

the room was clean, bed was comfy, good size private bathroom, it was quiet considering it is near a main road and getting access to the property was simple. we would happily stay again.

the shower was a little slow but didn't effect our stay.
