"Pretty good for the money"

Micro for cooking. Kettle in room. Crockery and cutlery available for eating in room. Lots of pubs nearby. Boston centre 15 mins Great Thai restaurants. Good clean shower.

No breakfast available. Lounge area dark and not welcoming.

"Exceptional"

We stayed for one night as we were on our way to the Broads. Room only, it was comfortable and very clean. We were put onto a lovely pub for evening meal, and a great place for breakfast by the owner. Very helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

No complaints.
