Slight smell of smoke (more from the bathroom) (room 3) but other than that perfect Would recommend and I would return

The hoist was lovely when we arrived. Best night sleep in a bed and breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, my husband always complains about pillows, but not these ones. He slept really well with no complaints at all.

"Handy location, clean and comfortable and met our needs"

Handy location for our needs (we were going to a music festival at the Waterloo Music Bar).

Bathroom was very small, although it had everything we needed in it)
