Really friendly place in a brilliant location, my first time in Blackpool, I've always been aware of this type of accommodation in Blackpool. We should all be holidaying at home and supporting local businesses like this. If we don't support them we are going to lose our heritage. Im looking forward to visiting again. Would book this hotel whenever i visit

The usual excellent service and well beyond. Have returned many times as I find the management great and the service even better.Breakfast too much for me to eat and better than most places in town. Am returning in September. Service and facilities so good.

The owners were very nice

Unfortunately the heat was unbearable and the fan in the room didn't move any air even on full speed it was also covered in dust had it been cold weather wouldn't of noticed sorry The bed head board was very loose feel sorry for whoever was next door to us
