Lovely and clean room. Was very quite.bed was really comfortable. Hosts were really nice breakfast was lovely

Booked because it said there was a bar, bar was not open.

Good budget hotel. We used it for the location which was a short distance walk to Waterloo Bar where we go for music gigs. Room was good with TV and coffee making facilities. Price was reasonable. Parked outside for free. Owner was nice and obliging and moved his car up for us. It was just what we wanted.

Very clean and tidy , Matthew and Jane go out of their way to make you feel comfortable , their full breakfast is fab

The hotel itself was ok, low standard but clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, the room also. Nowhere to put your clothes or toiletries but enough for just one night. I think the price is a bit too high for the standard of the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great value, right by the south pier and pleasure beach

Bed was lovely and comfortable! Breakfast was beautiful! Owners were so friendly, paid for breakfast for four of us but my mam couldn’t attend. The lady offered a refund initially we refused it and she offered fruit and toast to take up for her! So kind!

Lots of stairs to the top floor I was staying at! No fault of the property but I personally should have stayed we had disabilities within our group.
