Great breakfast.

Only a short walk into Warwick and a lovely historic building.

Lots of fussy, frilly cushions/teddy bears/knick-knacks in the room. A much newer, smart TV and some water in the room would have been far more useful. When we switched on the heated towel rail, there was a loud bang, a horrible smell of burning and all the electricity in the room went off! Apparently it had tripped the fuses in other rooms too. It's very close to the road, so quite noisy. It seems very expensive for a small B&B, we didn't think it was value for money at all. We didn't have breakfast but they still charged for it.

The room was really warm. Although there was a fan it was very noisy.

Location perfect for walking around Warwick. Breakfast excellent with a lot of choice.

Thicker black out curtains in the bedroom would be better but just wore an eye mask so as not to get woken up too early by the morning light. Minor issue as every other aspect of our stay could not have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Cottage. The hosts were lovely and really made our stay special. Breakfast was really good too. The location is great for the castle and the town. The hosts had a lot of local knowledge.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was ideal for Warwick castle and the race course. Off road private parking, which is at a premium in Warwick. Friendly and personable owners. Substantial breakfast included. Comfortable four poster bed. Excellent shower pressure. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Nice personal touches like chocolates on your pillow and sweets on the dresser. Interior double glazing effectively blocks out road noise.

In the heat of summer you would be unlikely to open the window due to road noise. There is a fan provided, but in our case we are light sleepers.
