The owners couldn’t have done more for us. Provided very helpful information regarding transport around Edinburgh as well as things to do. Breakfast was really nice with loads of options to choose from.

"Perfect base for a great break in Edinburgh. would 100% stay again"

Very clean, fantastic host and great location. bus stop at the end of the road, 10 mins into city and only costs £4 all day or a 30 mins walk. walking distance to Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood park.
