Room was a great size, clean, very comfortable bed

Curtains not long enough to block out bright lights from outside the front of the building and lots of light shining under the door from the corridor. Terrible water pressure! Shower literally stopped when I was in it and water temp wasn't very hot.

Very clean and very comfortable will stay there again

Staff were more than helpful, especially as we both had special dietary requirements. The room was comfortable and roomy, the bed was comfortable too.

The room was a bit poorly lit but everything else was good

Room 10..hot water regulator on bath..stuck...warm shower..

The meals at the attached restaurant (Pesto’s) were very goodness great selection, also were small dishes so could eat as little or as much as you liked. Staff were very good.

Stairs to the rooms, though we did know about that when we booked. Hopefully when they upgrade the hotel will also put a lift in. My wife cannot walk very far so the stairs were a challenge. However we stayed there 50 years ago so wanted to stay there again for our 50th - we managed.

Stayed there before. This town me asked for rent on payment. Our paperwork and Bank details showed we had paid. Myself and my wife are nearly 70 and had the carry heavy cases up to our room m without assistance. The room was cold and we were told that 'it was a summer'. There was no power whatsoever to our water which meant bathing uncomfortable. I found staples from paperwork on the carpet. I used to live in Bromborough and used to visit here regularly. Your staff are excellent but I'm af aid we will not return.
