The food was nice

Room was shocking, bathroom couldn’t swing a cat, room had no aircon or fan, bed was like sleeping on concrete and tea and coffee not replenished or water or room cleaned. Very hot late May bank holiday stay for my Mums funeral was shocking!

We had such a lovely stay. It’s a quiet spot with really comfortable beds, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. We were driving for four hours and didn’t arrive until 11:20 PM, but the girl on the desk was so thoughtful—she called to check we were still on our way and made sure our room was held for us. She was incredibly polite and kind, so a huge thank you to her for looking after us like that. The breakfast was also excellent. We didn’t get a chance to try lunch, but we’re already planning to head back and give that a go next time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and this is definitely going to be our go-to place whenever we're in Liverpool.

Not bad location, I was travelling for work purposes as it was nearby. Clean, tidy, nice refreshments.

I told the reception staff that unfortunately the hot water wasn't working in the shower.

The staff were very helpful. At such short notice we were unable to find a disability room. We only needed to ask, especially one of the cleaners, helped the guest who was disabled with baggage. Making sure got in taxi ok. Couldn’t thank him enough. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were pleasant and apologetic regarding the problems. The tea and coffee facilities were OK.

No hot water in the bathroom until we complained. We seemed to share a supply with the kitchen and they had to be told to stop using it when we needed it. Shabby furniture in the room and no headboard, poor maintenance and cleanliness in bathroom and bedroom. This accommodation was not 4-star.
