"Lovely 2 night stay with the kindest of hosts in a fabulous location just a short walk into the town"

Great breakfast especially the table service from the lovely Patrick. We very much appreciated the white table cloth and the lovely flowers. The bedroom, although small, had everything we needed. We both slept really well in the lovely king sized bed.

There was a problem with the heating initially which was resolved quickly. We felt sorry for Patrick and Nick as they are so dedicated to ensure everything is perfect for their guests. They couldn’t have done more to ensure we had a lovely stay!

Wonderful blend of contemporary with antique. Beautiful job restoring. Location perfect for walking into town. Breakfast delicious (and substantial!). And hosts were charming.

"A real gem!"

We didn't like Baytree, we loved it! Patrick and Nick are perfect hosts, very welcoming, friendly, and with a great sense of humour. The property is well presented, and our room was clean and comfortable. Ample quality tea and coffee in our room, with a flask of cold real milk an added bonus, along with chilled water available anytime. Top marks for the breakfast - great choice, and egs cooked perfectly to order. We will definitely recommend, and if back in Harrogate we'll be straight back to Baytree.

Nothing we didn't like. It's a fairly new venture and refinements are being made - some new antique chairs were heading to our room - so we think it will only get even better!

"Lovely Stay"

The location was perfect, only a short walk into town. Our room, room 2, was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Hosts Nick and Patrick were amazing, really chatty and loads fun and made our stay really special. Breakfast was also amazing with poached eggs done to perfection. Would definitely recommend.
