"Beautiful, chic guest house with kind hosts and generous breakfasts."

The BnB is beautifully decorated. We slept really well as it was quiet and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice extra touches like the chilled water fridge and the biscuits in the room. Patrick and Nick were friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were very generous!

It would be good to have a bit more variety for vegetarians at breakfast, perhaps vegetarian sausages, smoked salmon, halloumi etc. Good to have a bigger television in the room.

Location, area, convenient to the town and conference centre. Our room was large and spacious with plenty of light coming in. The breakfast was superb and excellent quality. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful Parking on site, which is a bonus

Beautiful house, tastefully and imaginatively furnished. Patrick and Nick are fantastic hosts. Excellent location for conference centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is a real treat; lovely dining room, local produce, lots of choice and delicious.

"Great base for exploring Harrogate and surrounding countryside."

Friendly attentive host, comfortable bed, attractive house and town location, excellent breakfast. Easy to find and pleasant short walk into town. Good beverage offer in room and fresh milk provided daily.

Off road parking not guaranteed as room for 5 cars and there's 10 rooms. Easy enough to park on street close to entrance and host provides temporary permit as the road is subject to a permit system. Bathroom small, some quick fix door frame repairs need finishing and painting properly, slightly detracts from an otherwise lovely house.

Breakfast was excellent, using high quality local ingredients. Bed extremely comfortable. The hosts are most friendly and welcoming. I shall definitely book again when I visit Harrogate.
