Very friendly host, rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast

Substantial breakfast. Great hosts. Convenience of getting into town. On site parking but on street parking arranged as backup.

Had too many bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. Could have mentioned it and sure it would have been quickly remedied but we brought our own so made do.

Beautiful room in beautiful house with easy access to the town centre, convenient parking ( a real boon in Harrogate) and and excellent breakfast cooked and served by excellent hosts Patrick and Nick who went out of ther way to make me hot lemon drinks as I was suffering from a bad cold.

I always want a bath but the shower was perfectly fine

Lovely accommodation perfectly located for Harrogate centre. The warm welcome and attentiveness of the hosts is what made this an extra special stay.

Perfect stay! Beautiful room, delicious breakfast and friendly hosts that went above and beyond! Not far from the centre either and in a lovely neighbourhood.

Baytree House ist absolut aussergewöhnlich. Patrick und Nick sind aufmerksame, warmherzige Menschen, die mit viel Aufwand, Zeit und Liebe dieses Haus gestaltet haben und ihren Gästen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit viel herzlicher Wärme ermöglichen. Die Zimmer sind mit persönlichen Details ausgestattet sowie ästhetisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – es ist alles da, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, die Zutaten stammen von lokalen Betrieben. Auch die Lage ist ideal: ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt, ruhig und pittoresk. Wir erlebten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt im Baytree House und würden es allen wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Für uns hat alles gestimmt und wir hätten uns nichts anderes gewünscht.

Patrick was a wonderful host and made us feel really welcome. Welcome card was very sweet and we enjoyed the yummy chocolate biscuits and nice toiletries. Everything was of a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Parking on site was fabulous Patrick was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We really liked Ripley.

The stay exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property that was a short walk into the centre. Exceptional freshly cooked breakfast, Lovely, comfortable rooms with lovely touches such as a hand written card and fresh flower. Fresh milk in your fridge and as much fresh water as you want. But …. The absolute best bit …. Patrick and Nick. The two brothers that own the property. Utterly fabulous, funny, witty but could not do enough. I will stay again and if you’re reading this, so should you!!! Perfection.
