Location. Tiny kitchenette. Had what we needed.

Bed was uncomfortable, hard pillows and none extra. Communicating with the rental agency was difficult. We had asked about a parking spot ahead of time and got no response. Ended up getting lucky when a local offered us space. Also the advertised cost of parking was 5 pounds but when trying to book it was 12. Also tried to get early checkin upon arrival, almost never a problem. But a) you had to follow another link to book a time and b) pay 12 pounds for every 2 hours early! By the time this got worked out we’d wasted an hour and a half and it was nearly regular check in time. We notice that check-in times are not shown on Booking.com until you reserve and get a confirmation. Knowing this prior would be very helpful.
