Steep driveway and car at bottom of driveway

Good for 1 night stay before early ferry

Nit in walking distance of town and steep drive for luggage. Uncomfortable bed

Access to property was up a very steep hill and only on foot. Car had to be parked at the bottom of the hill and cases carried or wheeled up. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Facilities were adequate for one night.

An ideal base for a night in Oban, and reasonably priced. Good facilities available and a comfortable bed. Good wifi and nice touches with milk, juice, cereal etc left for breakfast.

There was a plug in air freshener which gave me a headache, it was an extremely strong scent. I actually unplugged it and had to put it outside! I don't think the air freshener is needed as it's not a huge space. Also, I was anticipating this so it's not a negative for me, more of a flag for others, but the property is up a very steep driveway.

Lovely comfortable property close to town centre, ferry, shops and beautiful hilltop viewing point.

Bathroom small and noisy

The place was just amazing and spotlessly clean, but besides that what we loved the most were our hosts, which went out of their way in order to solve a small issue that happened to us with our booking. I would overall highly recommend this place for everybody who wants to visit the beautiful Oban.

We had a lovely little stop over at Seomar Beag, we loved the little extras which made us feel so welcome. Great location within walking distance to town. The host was very responsive and even though it was a very last minute booking, and I made a mistake with the dates we were accommodated without problem. Thanks so much!
