The unit is a lovely minimalist compact space the little extras provided were appreciated. Close to Main Street and ferry.

Hilly location but most of Oban is. Shower was small and pump system noisy with any flushing / waste water flow.

Beautifully set up little flat, everything you need plus some nice bonuses. There were a couple of beers and cans of gin and tonic in the fridge, some milk for tea and coffee, little cereal boxes and bars - so many lovely touches! Everything clean and comfortable. There is a little terrace and a gate leading to Pulpit Hill viewpoint in the garden, both of which offered incredible views of the bay. We were lucky to catch a beautiful sunset and it was unforgettable. Easy 20 minute walk down to the harbour. We took taxis to the accommodation since it's uphill but they were cheap (£4) and plentiful. The property is in the basement of the host's house, but it still felt private.

The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. We only stayed one night so this was not much of an issue.

This was the perfect place to stay the night before our ferry from Oban. The room and facilities were great! The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. We really appreciated the beer, gin and breakfast supplies that were left for us, an unexpected treat!

All though the drive is very steep. It isn't long .and it's a quick walk into town
