Bed past it, also very low, bedding poor quality. Wash room very small, glass door to wash room/toilet not good, over priced for quality offered.

Spotlessly clean. Ideal location in Oban for catching ferry to Mull etc. Walking distance of town and local eateries. Very thoughtful treats and supplies to help your overnight stay welcoming.

The property and owners were faultless.

Owners were friendly and helpful, as they first asked us to park at the bottom of a very steep hill, but then moved their car so we were nearer the accomodation, and helped us with our cases.

One small room, only one comfy chair. Breakfast high chairs at bar very uncomfortable. There was a microwave but nothing to use to cook porridge in the microwave.

Good location for ferry. Useful to have the fridge etc.

The en suite arrangement isn’t great - very close to the bed and very “audible” because of the glass door. Wash basin is also tiny! The bed is very low which might not suit everyone. The room was very cold when we checked in and took us ages to work out the heating as the markings on the control have worn off!

Fantastic property, plenty space, easy to find, very clean and lots of nice touches.
