So lovely, easy access to parking and the welcome boxes were a lovely touch with tea and shower bits.

Spiral stairs was aufull had to crawl up them i had not long had a full hip op and was no use it was a struggle. And shower was so small

Really enjoyed my stay, can’t fault it! Lots of space in the room, great location !

Cosy and quaint. I felt very "at home" here. They let me have my room a hour early due to arriving early! My room opened onto the garden, this was lovely in the mornings. Self service means I didn't worry about keys, and felts so much smoother and secure. The kitchette facilities meant that I saved alot of money on my trip (eating in instead of out) I have stayed in Bournemouth a few times now (in rooms MORE expensive for less quality) in different hotel and this one will sit in the Top 3.

The locks to the doors are quite loud if you are coming back late at night! I was conscious that I might wake others (this is a minor thing and definitely not something I would usually write about as this place is honestly a dream to stay at!)

The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for me, my son and well behaved dog. There was a garden at the back which was lovely. Place was clean, comfortable and thoughtful gift boxes of toiletries and kitchen supplies.

Couldn't work out how to use the microwave but the portable induction hob was great.

Close to Asda and the beach and train station Apartment is cosy

Room 5 was fabulous, great accommodation and easy access. Parking was easy both on the road outside or if you could get a space on the drive.

You could hear everything upstairs. Would be useful to have a doormat for the side door, save the muck / sand coming into the kitchen.
