"Good value for money if you need somewhere to just sleep but not if you want to spend any time there"

Location was excellent and house was quiet.

Shower cubicle so small, height wise and width wise it was hard to physically stand in it. No shelf for soap or bottles and was virtually impossible to bend down to retrieve anything I dropped. Bathroom badly needs updating. Bedroom very cramped.
