it was ideal for what I wanted, good location clean and tidy, parking out front. handy for shops and eating houses.

for the money paid i cannot complain

Lorraine was lovely. Helped me with my checkin and room. Gave me advise of where to eat and go for a movie at the pictures. I had to leave a day early for work but I enjoyed the stay. It's right on the beach, free parking, basic but every thing you need. Will definitely come back and would recommend for a no frill experience

Fantastic staff, superb location, beautiful view of Roker Beach from my window. Good value for money.

Room was a bit small but other facilities therein made up for it. It served the purpose.

The room was spacious, clean and had a fridge, microwave and a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar supplied. The view was amazing. The parking was great and very convenient.
