"Waste of money"

No heating during winter and the staff are very rude and lied about the heating don’t use this place

"It was as described. Comfortable, good value, no breakfast but water in fridge and packet of biscuits / tea / co"

All. Worked well with keypad entry. No staff on site. Clean, nice linen, comfortable bed. Quiet road very close to Festival Place shopping mall, Vue cinema and restaurants

The hot water in the hand basin wasn’t working as there was hardly any flow. Cold was fine. Shower was fine

Our family had an absolutely delightful stay here. The environment is elegant, refined, and radiates warmth. Every detail felt cozy and welcoming. We were all incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location was good as we have never been to Basingstoke before. Free carpark, near to shops and restaurants and a park nearby which we walked round.

The outside did not give give a good first impression and looked tatty with missing entrance tiles and area around the front door. The exterior paintwork was shabby and needs redoing.
