"Grim property and room and lack of deadlock very worrying."

Very little

Front door and front step damaged and missing tiles. No deadlock on room. - no way to lock room from inside. Horrible pillows. No pictures at all on the walls of this cell. No a/c just a plastic 1970’s fan. Chipped and frayed chair from a thrift store. Superficially clean room, not really clean. Property in a shabby neighbourhood. Poor soap

"Central, comfortable, convenient"

Very convenient room that was comfortable and well appointed. The fridge is very useful. Parking was straightforward. It was also quiet.

The absence of any staff is odd, although did not present any problems.
